Do i need any equipment?
No. A floor and a wall are enough. But if you want to have a complete workout, a pull up bar or something to hang on would be perfect.
The programs works even if i can only workout 2 days a week?
Yes, of course. You can have results with just 2 days a week, as long as you workout every week. Consistency is key. Not intensity.
I can't even do a single push up. Can you help me?
If you are just untrained, i can get you to 10 push ups, in less than 8 weeks.
Women can follow these routines too?
Of course they can. Doesn't matter your gender, as long as you are consistent and you put in the work.
