Most will — but some (especially ScriptRunner scripts and certain Data Center-only apps) need to be adapted for Cloud. I'll flag these early in the process so there are no surprises.

For most configuration and automation work — no downtime at all. For migrations, there's typically a short cutover window (usually a few hours, planned outside business hours) where Jira is read-only or briefly unavailable.
What kind of access do you need?
Jira Data Center System Administrator access and Organisation + App Admin on Cloud
How long does a migration take?
Depends on instance size. Assessment (Basic) takes 3 days, then I'll give you an accurate timeline.
Will I lose any data?
No. Full history, attachments, and comments are migrated. I validate everything post-migration.
What about our ScriptRunner scripts?
I'll audit each one and convert them to Cloud-compatible equivalents.
