About this gig
Are your Joomla contact forms failing, emails not arriving, or SMTP settings causing errors? I will troubleshoot and fix Joomla form and email delivery problems so your website can communicate with customers reliably.
WHAT I DO
- Fix Joomla contact form errors
- Troubleshoot emails not being delivered
- Configure and troubleshoot SMTP settings
- Fix form submission and notification issues
- Diagnose PHP mail errors and extension conflicts
- Repair related Joomla technical bugs
HOW I WORK
I inspect your form settings, mail configuration, relevant error logs, and extension compatibility. I then identify the likely cause, apply an appropriate fix, and test the affected functionality.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Problem diagnosis, agreed configuration or code fixes, and testing of the affected form or email function.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Clear communication, careful troubleshooting, and an explanation of the changes made. Successful delivery may depend on your hosting provider, email service, DNS records, and spam filters.
I work with Joomla contact forms and compatible form extensions. Please message me before ordering if you have a complex SMTP, hosting, or custom-code issue.
Respect third-party rights
Please be aware that it is against Fiverr's policies for sellers to include themes, templates, or any other elements that infringe third-party rights or applicable laws in the delivered work. Read more about in our Guide to Responsible Digital Creation.

FAQ
Can you fix my Joomla form if submissions work but emails never arrive?
Yes. I can investigate the form's notification settings, Joomla mail configuration, SMTP connection, and relevant logs to identify the likely cause.
Can you configure SMTP for my Joomla website?
Yes, provided you have valid credentials and an email service that supports SMTP. I can configure and test the connection within the agreed scope.
Will you work with my existing Joomla form extension?
I can troubleshoot compatible Joomla form extensions. Please share the extension name and your Joomla version before ordering so I can assess compatibility.
Can you guarantee that every email will reach the inbox?
No. I can test the form and email-sending process, but final delivery depends on your mail provider, DNS authentication, recipient filters, and spam protection.
