Do I need to provide a script or song?
Yes. Every package uses your final approved script. Basic also requires finished narration or a song. Standard and Premium include English AI narration if you do not supply audio. Original song production is not included.
Can you match my existing character?
Send the reference before ordering so I can assess it. I use approved character references to maintain recognizable features, although small AI-generated variations can occur.
How do you check learning accuracy?
I check colors, shapes, objects, and labels against your approved lesson. Labels are added during editing. Please provide the target age, learning goals, and required wording.
What does a revision cover?
Adjustments within the approved brief, such as timing, label placement, pronunciation, or audio levels. New scripts, character redesigns, and added scenes require a separate quote. Errors against the agreed brief will be corrected.
What file and format will I receive?
A 1080p MP4 in one agreed format: horizontal 16:9, vertical 9:16, or square 1:1. Additional formats can be quoted separately. Editable animation models are not included.
