Who owns the master by default?
Usually the financier/label or as agreed. I set master ownership clearly and define publishing splits separately.
Non-exclusive vs exclusive beat lease?
Non-exclusive can be licensed to others; exclusive is one buyer only. I set term, territory, usage, and takedown.
How are royalties handled?
We can do fee-only, fee + % of net, or mechanicals. I’ll add clear reporting and payment timelines.
Can you include publishing/admin terms?
