I will be your professional business interpreter, sourcing assistant for canton fair

About this gig
Hi! Im Chloe, a Project Management Assistant and Professional Interpreter specializing in cross-border trade. With a background in high-pressure environments like the Hainan International Expo, SiGMA Asia, IFX Expo etc, I don't just translate word, I bridge the gap between global buyers and Chinese manufacturing.
I specialize in technical interpretation, price negotiation, and supplier vetting. My mission at the 139th Canton Fair is to ensure you get 'factory-direct' transparency and a high ROI. Based in the heart of the Guangdong supply chain hub, I offer on-site support in Guangzhou, Foshan, and Shenzhen.
Whether you need a strategic partner at the booth or an eagle-eyed auditor at the factory. Just give me a text.

FAQ
How do we meet up at the Canton Fair?
Once you book, we will exchange WhatsApp/WeChat details. I usually suggest a specific meeting point, such as a Starbucks or a specific Hall Entrance (e.g., Hall 10.2), 15 minutes before the fair opens to review our daily "hit list".
Is the "Written Transcript" a word-for-word record?
The Sourcing Log (Transcript) is a structured business summary. It includes the supplier’s name, key contact person, agreed-upon pricing, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and my professional notes on the factory’s legitimacy. It’s designed so you don't have to carry 50kg of catalogs home!
Do you handle my transportation for Factory Site Visits?
For the Premium Package, I can help you book a private car (Didi/Uber equivalent) or navigate the high-speed rail to cities like Foshan or Shenzhen. Please note that transportation, tolls, and entry fees for the interpreter are typically covered by the client.
Can you help me ship samples back to my country?
Yes. Part of my Logistics Coordination involves finding the best "Last Mile" shipping quotes and ensuring your samples from different booths are consolidated into one shipment to save you on international freight costs.
Why do I need a "Business Assistant" instead of just a translator?
A translator repeats words; a Business Assistant understands intent. I help you spot "Trading Companies" posing as factories, negotiate "China-market" pricing, and ensure technical specs (like voltage or certifications) meet your home country's legal standards.
What happens if a supplier I like isn't at the Fair?
If you have a specific supplier in mind who isn't exhibiting, I can use my Sourcing Intelligence to contact them, verify their factory license, and even arrange a video call or a physical visit post-fair.
