Can you work with an existing server?
This gig focuses on new server builds. I also offer a separate Discord cleanup and revamp service for existing servers.
Do you create custom Discord bots?
This gig includes setup and configuration of existing Discord bots. Custom bot development or coding is not included. Send me a message if you would like a custom bot made so I can understand the scope of the project as a separate service.
Which bots can you configure?
I can configure many commonly used bots for moderation, tickets, roles, onboarding, logging, notifications, and other community functions. Contact me if you need a specific bot.
Will I own and control the server?
Yes. You will retain ownership and full control of your Discord server. I only need the permissions required to complete and test the agreed work.
Can you build servers for communities other than gaming?
Absolutely. I can build servers for gaming communities, creators, social groups, businesses, support communities, clubs, and other online communities.
What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need information about your community’s purpose, target members, preferred style, desired features, and any bots or systems you already know you want.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes. Reasonable revisions within the original package scope are included. Major additions or changes outside the agreed scope may require a Gig Extra or custom offer.
Do you provide ongoing server management or moderation?
This gig is for server creation and setup, not ongoing moderation or daily community management. Post-launch technical support may be available depending on your package or selected extras.
Can you match my brand or theme?
Yes. If you provide branding, colors, naming conventions, or a theme, I can incorporate them into the server’s organization and presentation.
