No. I’ll work within your existing server and improve its current structure. Major changes or removals can be discussed with you before they are made.
Can you fix role and channel permissions?
Yes. Depending on your package, I can review and correct role hierarchy, channel access, and permission issues.
Can you reorganize a large server?
Yes. Please check the channel and role limits included with each package. For servers exceeding those limits, you can purchase an extra or contact me for a custom offer.
Can you fix or reconfigure existing bots?
Yes. I can review and reconfigure many commonly used Discord bots. Custom bot programming and development are not included in this gig.
Will you improve my onboarding process?
Standard and Premium packages can include improvements to welcome flows, onboarding, member access, self-roles, and related systems.
Can you add a ticket or support system?
Yes. Ticket and support systems are available depending on your package or selected extras.
Do you provide ongoing moderation or community management?
No. This gig focuses on improving your server’s structure and systems rather than ongoing moderation or daily community management.
What access will you need?
I’ll need access to your server with the permissions required to complete the agreed work. Never send your Discord password or account login information.
Will you make changes without asking me?
I’ll work according to the goals and preferences you provide. If a major structural decision is unclear or could significantly affect your community, I’ll discuss it with you.
Can you help if I’m not sure what needs improvement?
Yes! Describe the problems you're experiencing, and I can review your current setup and recommend improvements within the scope of your selected package.
