Is your certified translation accepted by USCIS and other official institutions?
Yes, my certified translations are prepared according to USCIS requirements and are regularly accepted. That said, the outcome of an immigration case depends on many other factors, so I can't promise your application will be approved.
What do you need from me to start the translation?
Please send a clear scan or photo showing the whole document, including any stamps and margins, with names and dates easy to read. If you prefer a particular spelling for names or places, tell me before I begin so I can use it in the translation.
Is this a sworn or notarized translation? Do you add stamps or apostille?
No. This gig provides certified English translations only, not sworn or notarized ones, and I don't add physical stamps, notarization, or apostille. If your authority requires a government-authorized sworn translator or a notarized hard copy, please confirm their exact requirements before ordering.
How will I receive my certified translation? Can I get a printed copy?
You'll receive a digital PDF of the certified English translation, along with my signed certificate of accuracy. If you'd also like a printed copy, message me before ordering so we can go over the options and any extra cost.
Can you keep the same format as my original document?
Yes. I do my best to follow the layout of your original as closely as possible, using tables and clear formatting so the two are easy to compare. I may adjust some visual elements to match best practices for certified translations.
