How long will it take to complete my UGC video project?
The length of time can vary depending on the complexity of the project, number of videos created, and shipping time for physical products. Typically, the turnaround time is 3 days after I receive your product or 3 days after an order is placed for service-based UGC videos.
Will I have creative control over the UGC video?
Yes, we will work together to ensure that the UGC video aligns with your brand and messaging. We'll discuss the overall concept, style, and aesthetic for the videos and you will have the final approval on the shot list and /or script before I begin filming.
Can I send you a script or can you write it?
I'm happy to work with your provided script or write one for you based on your goals. Script writing is included in every package. You will get final approval on the script before I start filming any content.
How should I send you the product?
Once we agree on the order, I'll provide my shipping address. Please only ship once your order is confirmed.
Does the gig include captions?
Yes! I will add captions to your video and deliver a plain version in case you need that too.
Will I own full rights to the content?
Usage rights are available as an add-on. Please clarify where and how you plan to use the content so I can recommend the correct licensing.
What is your revision policy?
I can offer a free revision if I made an error. After delivery, if you want to add anything to the video that was not mentioned previously, I charge a $75 revision fee. Please provide all necessary and important information upfront so that I can deliver exactly what you want on the first try.
Can you do nail trimming videos on your dog?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide videos for nail trimming and cutting-related products
What size is your dog?
Kimchi is around 18 pounds. His chest is 19 inches, and he wears a medium/large depending on the product.
