This Gig covers a clearly defined maintenance issue on an existing WordPress site, within your selected package. Common examples include a PrestaShop or PHP error, plugin or theme conflict, layout problem, or plugin bug. Please send the details first so I can confirm the scope.
Do you build or redesign websites?
I do. But this is a maintenance Gig for an existing PrestaShop site. For full redesigns or rebuilds, new websites or stores, migrations, new pages, and broad custom features, message me first to discuss a separate custom order.
What should I send before ordering?
Share the affected page, what you expected, what actually happens, steps to reproduce, and any relevant error message. I will also ask for passwords, and other data from screenshots or logs. I will review and confirm the package and scope before you order.
Will you need my PrestaShop login details?
Most fixes require site access. If so, use a temporary PrestaShop user with only the permissions needed, ideally on a staging copy. Agree on a safe access method first, then remove or disable the temporary user when the work is complete.
Does this Gig include WordPress work?
No. This Gig is for maintenance of an existing PrestaShop site only. WordPress work is not included. Message me about a separate WordPress order and share the specific issue so I can review it and confirm what I can help with.
What if I need more than the package includes?
If the request is outside the selected package, includes unrelated issues or needs custom development, I will explain before starting. We can agree on a separate custom offer with its own scope, delivery time and price. No extra work begins without your approval.
Should I back up my website first?
Yes. Please make a recent full backup before any changes. If possible, provide a staging site so I can test there first. If no backup or safe way to test is available, we will discuss the risk before I proceed.
Can you guarantee every issue can be fixed?
I will review the details first. Some issues depend on hosting, third-party plugins, licenses, or access outside my control. If an issue cannot be safely reproduced or resolved within the agreed scope, I will explain the options before doing extra work.
