About this Gig
If you have a work of fiction that could use a detailed line-level polish before submitting it to readers, literary agents, or publications, this is the gig for you. I provide line editing services for fictional pieces from short stories to chapters or entire acts of novels. I will provide comprehensive editing on grammar, punctuation, sentence-flow, word order, paragraph structure, and logical consistency. My goal is to make the words flow so well that the story can shine unimpeded by grammatical mistakes or clunky sentences. I pay special attention to preserving a writer's unique style while polishing at the sentence level.
I am especially familiar with these genres: fantasy, science fiction, romantasy, romance, contemporary, literary fiction, and thrillers. If you have a novel outside of these genres, I would be happy to edit it as well, but we can chat to make sure we're a good fit.
