Do you work with ManyChat or Intercom?
Both. ManyChat handles Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger DMs. Intercom handles live chat, help center and product tours on your website. Plenty of clients run both, and I can connect them so every lead lands in one place.
Do I need a paid ManyChat or Intercom account?
Yes. The bot runs on your account so you own it outright, and it keeps working whether or not we work together again. ManyChat Pro starts around $15/month. Intercom varies by seats. I'll confirm exactly what your build needs before you order.
Will this get my Instagram account banned?
No. ManyChat is an official Meta partner and I build strictly inside the approved API. No scrapers, no unofficial bots, no mass-DM tricks. Your account is the asset. I'm not risking it for a shortcut that saves a few hours.
What's the difference between a keyword bot and an AI chatbot?
A keyword bot only fires on exact words and breaks the second someone phrases things differently. An AI chatbot reads intent and answers in your brand voice. Basic is keyword-based. Standard and Premium use GPT.
