Amazon does scrape products your customer returns! Why not re-ship them to your new customers if they are in good condition? This would save a lot for your business.
You can choose an option in Amazon software to ship returned packages to my addresses & then I can test those products once I receive those. If they are working, we can re-ship those to new customers.
