Yes. Send the issue and website URL so I can confirm feasibility, scope, and the appropriate package.
Do you guarantee every issue can be fixed?
No. Some issues depend on hosting, paid tools, external services, or unsupported code. I confirm the scope first and explain dependencies.
Are paid plugins or hosting included?
No. You provide valid licenses and hosting. Third-party costs are excluded.
What does a revision include?
Adjustments to the original agreed fix. New issues or features require a separate scope.
Do you need my admin login?
Yes, an administrator account. Best is a temporary admin you delete after delivery. For server-level issues I also need hosting or SFTP access.
Will my site go down while you work?
No. I take a full backup first, and anything risky is tested on a staging copy before it touches your live site.
