Hey! Im Nik, a 22-year-old personal trainer and final-year physiotherapy student (graduating September 2026).
I create fully personalised workout programs based on your goal, experience level, and schedule. My focus is on building effective training plans that improve strength, performance, and body composition while keeping injury risk in mind.
I offer three levels depending on what you need:
The Basic Plan gives you a straightforward, structured workout plan to follow.
The Performance Plan includes a more detailed program with progression and exercise alternatives so you can keep improving and adjust as needed.
The Complete Plan is the most in-depth option, with a fully tailored training plan plus added guidance on nutrition and more personalised support.
Everything is built from scratch no templates or copy-paste programs.
