I turn receipt images, PDFs, or bank/credit card exports into a clear categorized expense log in Excel or Google Sheets.
I am an accounting and finance professional with 15+ years of experience at a Fortune 500 company, with an undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA with a concentration in taxation, plus advanced Excel and Power Pivot training.
What you get:
- One row per receipt or transaction (date, vendor, amount, category, notes)
- Categories from a common expense list, or your own list if you send one
- A summary by category with live formulas
- A short note on anything unclear or missing
What I do not do:
- No tax category advice and no tax filing
- No QuickBooks or other software logins
- No phone calls. Send files through Fiverr.
- No audit or attestation
How it works: upload receipts (JPG, PNG, or PDF) and/or a transaction export. I return a workbook with live formulas and totals checked before delivery. If a receipt is unreadable, I flag it instead of guessing.

Is there a call or consultation?
No calls. Any consultation happens through Fiverr messages, so you have everything in writing.
