Can you provide a British Accent?
Unfortunately, I am not able to provide accent work. My voice is a neutral American accent.
Is the music you add royalty free?
Absolutely 100% royalty free music. We obtain our music for our client's projects from www.audioblocks.com. Please feel free to pick your track for you upcoming order!
I have a project, but I don't see the options I need to select to start the order
If you have a project that is unique in nature, or you need several files or longer scripts, please send me a message and I will build up a custom quote. That way you can get everything you need in a single quote without having to add in all the extras yourself to try to balance it.
Do you install the voicemails?
At this time, I am only able to provide the files for client's self installation. In regards to cellphone voicemails, I am not able to call in to the line and install at this time as the quality would not be up to our standards without the proper equipment.
I'm not sure what tone I need, do you have samples of each tone?
Yes! If you have any hesitation with what a certain tone will sound like, please message me prior to selecting a tone. I can forward over a number of samples to reflect each.
What format do I need?
Unfortunately, this answer is not a 'one-size fits all' type of answer. Each IVR system has it's own requirements for file types. The most common can self convert a 44.1kHz stereo file into the correct format. However, some require PCM, U-Law, Mono, 8kHz files
Can my order be rushed?
There is no set 'yes' or 'no' I've taken off buyer selected rush orders because I may be sick, or otherwise busy with work. Please send me a message and request a custom quote for your project if you need it to be delivered by a certain point.
