This service focuses on defining your company’s US expansion strategy that may include fundraising & partnership outreach. While I do not engage in the strategy’s implementation or make introductions in this service, you will leave with a clear plan for approaching US stakeholders confidently.
What can I expect from our session?
Each consultation starts with research on your company and market. During the session, we will review your current strategy, challenges, and goals, then discuss your US entry plans. You will receive a written summary with actionable next steps.
How soon and where do we meet?
We will meet on Zoom or Google Meet. I am typically available within 1-2 days especially if time zone differences don't complicate scheduling (I am in US Eastern TZ). My camera and mic will be on for a focused, collaborative session.
How do I prepare for our session?
After booking, I will contact you to share background info, goals, and key materials (deck, metrics, etc). This helps me perform pre-session research so we can maximize the value of our time together.
What if I am late to the call or need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 4 hours before the session starts. Missed or shortened sessions cannot be extended or reimbursed.
Do you offer package deals or discounts?
Yes. Many founders prefer ongoing advisory as they execute their roadmap. I offer retainer or multi-session packages tailored to your expansion stage. Message me for details.
