FAQ
I already have a domain and hosting
Perfect: I install and configure everything on your hosting and hand over the credentials. If you have neither, I recommend two or three options for your budget and set them up for you.
What do you need from me to get started?
I need: 1) WordPress or hosting login, 2) Logo & brand colors, 3) Page content (text & images, or I can use dummy content), and 4) Example websites you like. If you don't have everything ready, message me first and we'll sort it out!
Will I be able to edit and update my website myself?
Yes, 100%! I build with intuitive drag-and-drop builders like Elementor. You'll have full admin access to edit text, change images, publish products with zero coding knowledge. I also guide you on how to manage it!
Does the calendar sync with Booking and Airbnb?
Yes, two-way iCal sync: dates blocked on Booking, Airbnb or Vrbo become unavailable on your site and the other way round, so you avoid double bookings.
How do I get paid?
With Stripe or PayPal, or by bank transfer: deposit or full balance, with automatic refunds following your cancellation policy. Gateway fees stay on your side.
Can the website be multilingual?
Yes, (English, German, French, Spanish and more), with multiple currencies.
Will my website be mobile-friendly, fast, and secure?
Yes! Every website is 100% responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop. I also optimize page speed with image compression and caching, plus configure SSL certificates and security plugins to keep your WordPress site safe.
What happens after delivery?
Your satisfaction is my absolute priority! I offer dedicated support even after delivery to resolve any technical issues and ensure a smooth launch. If you have any questions or need help managing the site, I am always just a message away.
