Do I ship the product before I order?
Preferably. If not, have in mind that the gig starts only after I receive the product.
Do you offer props to use with my products?
If you need a specific item photographed with your product, it is best to send it along with your product. If we have to source props, for your photo shoot, there will be additional fees.
What’s the revision policy?
I will revise an image for free due to an error on my part. But if images have to be completely re-shot, any major creative change requests or additional instructions may come at an additional cost.
Will I receive exclusive rights for the images?
For sure. You'll gain complete ownership of the photos that I will take for you. But I reserve the right to use any photos in my professional portfolio.
Do you return the products?
Yes, but return shipping is not included in the cost of the gig.
