When do you deliver my order?
I will deliver your order within 24 hours of purchasing. Orders will usually take the entire 24 hours. Scripts over 1000 words will take longer than a day. If you want your order done FASTER, please purchase the "Super Fast Delivery" gig extra. This will put your order FIRST in line.
Do you offer revisions?
Of course! You get TWO FREE revisions included in each order. Changing the script in any way from the original that was sent will incur an extra fee. 30-50 words is considered ONE revision.
What is "Extra Fast Delivery"?
The "Extra Fast Delivery" is a gig extra that sends your order to the front of the line, ahead of everyone else's. Customers who order the "Extra Fast Delivery" gig extra usually receive their orders in 12 hours or less.

Yes, I offer background music! If you have a track you'd like me to use, you can send that to me as well.

Yes, I do provide small samples/auditions. I can also send you my demo reel if you need a file to download.
Why is your live session fee so high?
95% of clients get exactly what they need in the 2 free revisions you get with each order. But if you need extra care & detail, I can carve out dedicated time in my day for you with my Live Sessions. Plus, I deliver your files immediately after the call. The fee covers the scheduled time commitment.

It took longer to receive than advertised, but the seller took effort to rectify and I am satisfied with the approach taken to resolution. I had a deadline i missed due to delivery time issue without a heads up but its not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things. Quite good.
