Which CRMs can you connect my lead ads to?
GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Zoho CRM are my main ones. I also work with Pipedrive, Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, Keap and Google Sheets.
Zapier or Make, which is better?
Make is cheaper for high volume. Zapier is simpler to manage. If your CRM has a reliable native connector I use that first and skip the extra cost.
Will my custom form questions come through?
Yes. Every custom question, plus campaign, ad set, ad name and UTM data, maps to its own field so you know which ad brought each lead.
How fast will new leads get a text or email?
Within about 60 seconds of submitting the form. Fast follow up is the biggest reason ad leads turn into calls.
Can old leads already in Facebook be imported?
Yes. I can export past leads from Meta, TikTok or Google and import them into your CRM with clean fields and tags before the live sync starts.
What happens if the sync breaks?

What access do you need?
