A complete residential permit set includes: cover sheet with code summary, site plan, floor plans, exterior elevations, building section, wall section, roof plan, door and window schedule, general notes, and an official architect's stamp and seal.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
I need your project address (for zoning and code research), a description of the project (new build, addition, ADU, remodel), any existing drawings or sketches, your property survey or site plan, and your desired layout or design intent. The more you can share upfront, the faster I can get to work
Is your stamp accepted in my city?
My architectural license and stamp are recognized across all 50 U.S. states. Most jurisdictions accept a licensed architect's stamp from any state for residential projects. If your city has unusual requirement, I'll research this upfront and let you know before we start
How long does the full permit set take to complete?
Delivery time depends on project complexity. A straightforward ADU or room addition takes 4–5 days. Complex or large projects may take longer. I'll give you a firm timeline estimate when you message me with your project details
Can you handle ADUs?
ADUs are one of my most popular project types, especially in California, Oregon, and Washington where ADU laws have made them extremely common. I handle detached ADUs, attached ADUs, garage conversions, and JADUs. I'm familiar with state ADU exemptions.
