Do you work internationally or only in the U.S.?
I welcome clients globally, but I currently provide sealed drawings & permits only within U.S. jurisdictions where my licensure is valid. For other regions, I can deliver concept & design documentation.
What do you need from me to start?
I’ll ask for: your site plan / survey, project brief (dimensions, room list, style preferences), local code or permit requirements, photos/inspiration, any existing plans if applicable.
