Can you speed up government processing?
No. I cannot accelerate government FOIA processing. However, I ensure filings are complete, correctly formatted, and directed to the right agency to minimize delays.
What if the agency rejects or denies the FOIA?
If a FOIA is denied for reasons unrelated to buyer instructions, that outcome is considered part of the FOIA process. I will forward the denial and give next-step options (appeal, clarification, alternate agency) depending on the package.
Do you guarantee documents will exist or be released?
No. FOIA disclosure depends entirely on agency record retention, classification, exemptions, and legal limitations. I guarantee correct filing and professional handling, not outcomes outside my control.
What does “additional research” include?
Additional research includes: locating related agencies finding record descriptions background context tracking supporting documentation It does not include filing extra FOIAs unless purchased in a package.
What if I need multiple FOIAs filed?
Choose the Standard or Premium package, or purchase a custom offer if your project requires more than 6 FOIAs.
What if the FOIA response is hundreds of pages?
I will forward all received pages. Summaries beyond the package word count can be purchased through Additional Research or a custom quote.
