What quality do the photos need to be?
Whatever you have. Phone photos, scans and pictures of old prints all work. Send the biggest file of each rather than a screenshot, as those get compressed. If something is too damaged for a big screen I'll tell you before I build it, and restoration can repair it first.
How fast can you turn this round?
Standard is 2 days, 3 for the largest package. If a service is coming up, add 1-day delivery at checkout, or message me first about the 12-hour option. Tell me the date and time of the service in your first message so I can be honest about whether it fits.
Can you use our own music?
Yes. If it's a song that mattered to them, send it. One thing to know: on YouTube or Facebook a commercial track is often muted or claimed. If you're sharing online I'll use a licensed track that won't be flagged, or build two versions, your song for the room and a safe one online.
What formats do we get?
An MP4 in 1080p, or 4K on the larger packages, plus a 720p backup, because some chapel projectors are older and prefer a smaller file. You also get a shareable link. Copy both to a USB stick and test it on the venue's screen a day before if you can.
