The prices listed are more or less esitmations. Please message me if you are interested in my services or before purchasing anything. I do provide up to a 20% discount depending on the order amount.

I've been building for 7+ years, and professionally building for about 2. I excel mostly in structures and ecology, and most recently organics. I have experience in FAWE, FAVS, Arceon, Axiom, and EzEdits. I have access to a local server with all the necessary tools. What to expect:
I will be making these creations on a void world/flatland depending on request. The final product will be sent as either a schem/schematic/litematic file or a world file.

Will I do revisions?
Yes, however only for small structures or at the start of a build. So please make up your mind on exactly what you want beforehand.
Will I come onto your server and build there?
No, it is just simply too risky for me without upfront payment.
Are my prices negotiable?
Simply put: Yes, they are. However, this is most common with people who are buying a lot of maps, like multiple bedwars/skywars, or houses. For regular builds reach out to me and I may provide a discounted price based on my current workload.
