Get your invoices PDFs, scans or phone photos, in any layout from any vendor back as one clean Excel file, with every total checked.
Most PDF-to-Excel gigs just copy text, so mistakes reach your accounts unnoticed. I verify every invoice:
each line: qty × rate = amount
line items add up to the subtotal
subtotal + GST = total
Anything that doesn't add up is checked against your original and listed in a review note never silently delivered.

Can you handle scanned or photographed invoices?
Yes. Scans and phone photos go through OCR (text recognition). For best results the whole page should be visible, flat and in focus. If a page is unreadable, I tell you before starting.
What if my invoices have different layouts?
That's fine — every vendor's layout is different. I extract the same fields from all of them into one consistent table.
How do I know the data is correct?
Every invoice is checked arithmetically (lines, subtotal, GST, total). Anything that doesn't add up is verified against your original and listed in a review report, so you know exactly what to look at.
Are my documents safe?
Yes. They are processed offline on my own computer, never uploaded to third-party AI services, and deleted after delivery.
