I only have an idea. Is that enough to get started?
Absolutely. You do not need a finished business plan, product, website, or brand. I can work with you from the idea stage to clarify the customer, problem, product concept, business model, and next steps.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic if you primarily need clarity and direction. Standard is best if you want your idea developed into a defined product and business strategy. Premium is designed for founders who want a more complete idea-to-launch strategy, including go-to-market planning and a financial forecast.
Do you work with existing businesses or only new startups?
Both. I can help with a new business or product idea, or work with an existing company launching a new product, service, revenue stream, or market opportunity.
What happens during the consulting session?
This is a working strategy session, not a generic coaching call. We'll discuss your idea, target customer, business goals, assumptions, challenges, and opportunities. I'll use that discussion to develop the strategy and deliverables included in your package.
What is included in the financial forecast?
The financial forecast is a practical, assumption-based startup model covering areas such as pricing, revenue assumptions, projected sales, major expenses, and a 12-month outlook. It is intended for business planning and decision-making and is not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Will you research my competitors and market?
Competitor research can be added as a Gig Extra. I will analyze up to 5 relevant competitors across areas such as positioning, pricing, offerings, differentiation, and potential market opportunities.
Can you help me after the strategy is complete?
Yes. My work also includes product strategy, MVP planning, brand development, websites, workflows, launch planning, and ongoing product/operations support. If you need implementation after this project, message me and we can determine the right next engagement.
Will you sign an NDA?
