FAQ
Do I need an existing PrestaShop store?
Yes. This service is exclusively for redesigning an existing, fully operational PrestaShop store. Your hosting, product catalog, payment methods and shipping settings must already be configured.
Is the Creative Elements license included?
No. You must provide your own valid Creative Elements license. I will take care of installing and configuring the module as part of the redesign.
Which parts of my PrestaShop store will you redesign?
The package includes your homepage, header and footer, product page template, category page template, search results page and contact page. All redesigned sections will be responsive.
Will you replace my existing PrestaShop theme?
Not necessarily. Creative Elements can work with compatible PrestaShop themes. I will review your existing theme and modules before starting. If your theme is compatible, I can keep it. A theme replacement is not included unless agreed upon in advance.
Will my existing products, orders and settings be preserved?
The redesign is intended to preserve your existing catalog and store configuration. However, compatibility must be checked before work begins. I recommend using a staging environment and having a complete backup.
Does this service include new products, payment methods or custom features?
No. Product uploads, payment and shipping configuration, store migration and custom module development are not included. Please contact me for a custom offer if you need additional services.
