AWS SES offers you a free tier plan that allows you to sent up to 62.000 emails for free every month.
However, there a several steps and setups to make in order to be able to use it.

AWS SES puts you on a sandbox layer by default, they do it to help prevent fraud and abuse, and to help protect your reputation as a sender.
I can help you moving out from the sandbox and his limitation, however, this will require several information that you would need to provide. If this is something that you're looking for, please send me a message instead of choosing one of the plans mentioned below.
