Can you time the voiceover to match my video cuts or animation?
Yes — send your video or a timecode breakdown and I'll pace the read to hit your key visual beats, included from the Standard package up.
Can you help tighten or improve my script?
I focus on voicing your script as written, not rewriting it. If a line reads awkwardly once recorded, I'll flag it — but for copy changes, you're welcome to bring in a copywriter separately.
How do we make sure I'm happy with the voice before the full piece is recorded?
I'll generate two voice options (A and B) based on your brief before recording the full script — pick whichever fits best. Revisions after that refine your chosen voice (pacing, pronunciation, emphasis), not additional voice options.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions cover pacing, tone, emphasis, or pronunciation tweaks to the same script and voice — not switching to a different voice or style each time, which would be a new take rather than a revision.
I’ve tried ElevenLabs myself — why would I need you?
Totally fair question. The tool’s easy to access, but getting stability, style, and emphasis settings right takes real trial and error. I’ve already spent 18 months doing that work, so you get a polished result in one sitting, not twenty regenerations.
What tone options are available — friendly, authoritative, energetic?

Can I choose the accent, or is it always British?
You choose. I'm British, but I produce British, American, Australian, and other English accents — tell me your target market and I'll direct the voice to fit.
Do I get commercial rights to use this on my website and ads?
Yes, full commercial usage rights are included with every order.
Where are you based?
I'm British, currently working from Ghana — quality and turnaround are unaffected by location.
Can I get MP3 instead of WAV?
Yes — WAV is the default since it's lossless, but MP3 is available on any package at no extra cost. Just mention your preferred format when you place your order.
