Who is this service for?
B2B distributors and wholesalers with a real RFQ-to-quote workflow, sanitized sample data, and a named human approver.
What data may I provide?
Provide sanitized RFQs and catalog samples only. Remove customer names, personal emails, credentials, contracts, unnecessary personal data, and sensitive internal prices before sharing.
Will you create prices, stock, certifications, specifications, or delivery dates?
No. Those fields stay UNKNOWN unless you provide or approve an authorized source.
Does the system send quotes or emails automatically?
No. Customer-facing outputs remain drafts and require human approval. Automatic sending is outside scope.
What is excluded?
ERP/CRM, mailbox, accounting, payment, supplier-system integration, production migration, mobile apps, voice workflows, complex roles, legal advice, and tax advice are excluded.
What is the delivery schedule?
The accepted service window is ten business days after complete required inputs. The Fiverr setting is 14 calendar days and does not shorten that rule.
How many revisions are included?
One agreed blocker-fix cycle is included. New formats, integrations, brands, currencies, catalogs, workflows, or outputs require a separate change.
Do you guarantee savings, accuracy, revenue, or conversion?
No. The pilot evaluates a workflow using customer-supplied sanitized evidence. No savings, accuracy, ROI, revenue, or conversion result is guaranteed.
