What data do you need to create topography contour map and cut fill volume?
I need CSV/TXT file: Point No, Easting, Northing, Elevation. Also send Boundary line DWG/KML and your Proposed Formation Level (FGL). If you have drone data or total station data, that also works.

What is your accuracy for 0.5m contour and earthwork volume?
My accuracy is ±2% Bank Cubic Meters. I use Grid Method 5m x 5m which is most accurate for IS Standard. For contour I use Civil 3D with proper breaklines, 0.5m / 0.25m interval available.
