That's what I do. I work as your Shadow PM: reviewing your plans, task boards, and drafts before they reach stakeholders, flagging risks you might miss, and giving you a second opinion when it matters most.
I bring enterprise-scale programme delivery experience including Microsoft 365/Copilot rollouts, workspace builds, and system migrations and apply that same structure to your project, sized to fit your pace.
