Q1 — What do you need from me to get started?
I'll need your WordPress admin login (yoursite.com/wp-admin), your hosting control panel access (cPanel, SiteGround, Kinsta, etc.), and your website URL. Once you place your order, you'll be prompted to provide these details securely through Fiverr.
Q2 — Will you break my website?
No — the very first thing I do before touching anything is take a full backup of your site. If anything unexpected happens, I can restore it immediately. All changes I make are tested before delivery.
Q3 — What PageSpeed score can I expect after optimization?
Results vary depending on hosting quality, theme, and plugins. Most sites see an improvement — about 20 to 50 points. However I can't guarantee a specific score due to factors like slow third-party scripts (Google Maps, Facebook Pixel, chat widgets) are outside our control and affect your score.
Q4 — My site is built with Elementor / Divi / WooCommerce — can you still optimize it?
Yes — I have experience optimizing sites built with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and WooCommerce stores. These sites require extra care especially when deferring JavaScript, and I always test thoroughly after every change to make sure nothing is broken.
Q5 — Do I need to buy any premium plugins?
For the Basic package I use free plugins only. For Standard and Premium packages I may recommend WP Rocket ($59/year) which is the most effective caching plugin available — however it is optional. I can achieve strong results using free alternatives like LiteSpeed Cache or Autoptimize if you prefer
Q6 — Will the speed improvements last permanently?
Yes — the optimizations are permanent configurations, not temporary fixes. However your site speed can gradually decrease over time as you add new content, plugins, or images. I recommend periodically compressing new images and keeping plugins updated to maintain your scores.
Q7 — What if my score doesn't improve much?
In rare cases a site's score is heavily limited by factors outside our control — such as slow hosting, heavily bloated themes, or multiple third-party scripts. If this is the case I will explain exactly what is limiting your score and what steps you can take to address it, including honest recommend
Q8 — Do you need my website password — is that safe?
Your security is taken seriously. I only use your credentials to perform the optimization work and never store or share them. You are welcome to create a temporary WordPress admin account specifically for this project and delete it after delivery if you prefer. Highly recommended.
Q9 — What is the difference between your three packages?
The Basic package covers the essentials — caching, image compression, and lazy loading. Standard adds JS/CSS minification, Cloudflare CDN setup, and database cleanup. Premium goes deepest with a full plugin audit, hosting-level optimizations, PHP configuration, and 7 days of post-delivery support.
Q10 — Can you optimize my site if it's on Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify?
This gig is specifically for WordPress websites only. Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify have limited access to the settings needed for meaningful speed optimization, so I focus exclusively on WordPress where I can deliver the best results.
