About this Gig
I retrieve specific court records from PACER and state court dockets when you need copies of filings or confirmation that documents exist.
If you need me to download a file, go to my Retrieve and Summarize Your Court Docket gig (for a one-time thing) or go to my Monitor Your Court Docket For You (to monitor and continually report on it for 3 months.)
This service is for record retrieval only. I do not explain what filings mean, analyze strategy, or summarize your case.
You will receive:
- Links to available dockets
- PDFs of requested filings (buyer-approved fees only)
- Confirmation when documents are missing or unavailable
Important notes:
- PACER fees are charged separately by the court ($0.10/page)
- I will not download documents without your approval
- No legal advice is provided
