What tools and CRMs do you work with?
I work across a wide variety of marketing and sales technology stacks. This includes advertising tracking tools, call recording and lead from tracking, native and Zapier integrations, and several CRMs, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho and Jobber.
What access will you need to complete the project?
Depending on the package you choose, I will need temporary, restricted admin access to your website backend (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), your analytics accounts (GTM/GA4), your ad platforms, and your CRM. I highly recommend creating temporary "staff" or "agency" accounts with limited permissions.
Is my company’s data safe and confidential?
Absolutely. Data privacy and security are treated with the utmost seriousness. I will never share, export, or store your company’s proprietary data or your leads' personal identifiable information (PII). If required, I am more than happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we begin.
What is "lead leakage," and why does it matter?
Lead leakage occurs when a potential customer interacts with your marketing or enters your funnel, but due to a broken tracking link, a misconfigured form, or a disconnected CRM pipeline, their data disappears. My evaluation finds and plugs these gaps.
Do I need to buy any extra software for the Premium package integration?
In most cases, we can achieve full integration using the native features of your existing website and CRM. It depends on how complex your stack is. You might need an account with a Call Recording/ Tracking/ Lead Scoring System, such as CallRail. I will let you know during the evaluation.
What kind of dashboard do I get in the Premium package?
I will build a live, user-friendly ROI analytics dashboard (typically using Google Looker Studio or inside your native CRM dashboard) that pulls your marketing costs and closed-won sales data into one clean view. You'll see clear charts showing you which lead sources are profitable.
