What if I don't have a 3D model of my product?
No problem — I can model your product from scratch using your reference photos, technical drawings, or CAD files. Product modeling is included in the Standard and Premium packages. For the Basic package, please share your existing 3D model or contact me first if your product is simple enough to mode
Can I use the animation for commercial purposes (ads, Kickstarter, my website)?
Yes, absolutely. All deliverables come with full commercial-use rights. You can use the animation for paid ads, Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns, product pages, social media, investor pitches, or any other commercial project. No hidden fees, no additional licenses.
How many revisions do I get?
Revision count depends on the package: 1 revision for Basic, 2 for Standard, and 3 for Premium. To minimize the need for revisions, I share a storyboard or preview at the halfway point so we can align on the direction before final rendering — this saves time and keeps the vision on track.
What software do you use? Can I get the source files?
I work in Cinema 4D with the Redshift render engine — the same professional pipeline used by top commercial studios.
How long does it take? Can you deliver faster?
Delivery times are 7 days for Basic, 14 days for Standard, and 21 days for Premium — timed to allow for careful modeling, lighting, and revisions. If you have a tight deadline (Kickstarter launch, ad campaign, event), select the Extra Fast Delivery add-on.
What materials should I send to start the project?
Ideally: product photos from multiple angles (front, side, back, top), a brief describing the mood or style you want (cinematic, clean, dynamic), and any reference videos you like. If you have a 3D model, technical drawings, CAD files, or brand guidelines, share those too.
How can I transfer files for work?
For small files (photos, briefs, references), just attach them directly in the Fiverr chat or with your order. For larger files (3D models, CAD files), please use Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox and share the download link with me. I'll confirm receipt before starting the project.
I would like to order a video in 4K resolution, what should I do?
The rendering time for such scenes increases by 4 times compared to Full HD. Before starting a project, write to me and I will offer you the best solution!
