About this gig
If you're looking for a meticulous build from a wannabe architect, you have come to the right place.
I'm a sims builder based out of the US with a serious dedication to the craft. Over 1000 hours in game, and a winner of the first EA Sims Sparkd Challenge! I build using a selection of DLC you'll find listed in my FAQ.

- Landscaping
- Up to 4 floors incl. basements (extra charge for extra floors)
What I'll need from you:
- Lot size, world/environment of choice, and whether you have a specific lot in mind.
- DLC you want included in the build
- A bit of dialogue with me on what you're looking for, inspiration photos, moodboards, all that kind of stuff. The more you communicate with me, the closer I can tailor your build to your tastes.
- Let me know as much as you can about simoleon budget and any sims involved!

The final build absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. This creator is super talented, friendly, creative and co-operative. Cannot recommend them enough if you're looking for unique, imaginative, well crafted Sims 4 builds. 15/10 stars, no notes!
