Need a reliable IT person without hiring one full-time? Cyrez Systems is a small IT/MSP team in Southwest Florida, owned by Alex Cardenas, that provides remote help desk support for small businesses in prepaid hour blocks.
What I can help with:
- Windows and Mac troubleshooting and slow PCs
- Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace issues
- Printers, scanners and shared drives
- New user and PC setup, onboarding and offboarding
- Password resets, MFA and account lockouts
- Software installs, updates and basic network issues
How it works:
1. Pick a block (1, 3 or 8 hours) and describe the issue
2. We schedule a remote session using a secure screen-share tool
3. I fix the issue and log what was done
4. Unused hours roll over within the package window
Business hours are 8 AM-5 PM ET, Monday-Friday. After-hours and weekend support is available as a gig extra.
Remote support only: no on-site visits or hardware repair. If an issue needs a hardware replacement or vendor ticket, I'll tell you exactly what's needed. For ongoing monthly support, message me for a custom offer.

FAQ
How does remote support work?
You install or open a secure screen-share tool when we start the session; I see and control the screen only while you allow it. Nothing stays installed unless you want ongoing support.
Can I split hours across several people or issues?
Yes. Standard and Premium blocks can cover multiple users and issues within the package window. Time is tracked in 15-minute increments.
What if my issue can't be fixed remotely?
If it needs hardware replacement, an on-site visit or a vendor ticket, I'll stop, explain what's needed, and only bill the time used.
Do you offer monthly or ongoing support?
Yes. Message me for a custom offer based on your team size and how much help you typically need.
Can you work after hours?
Yes. Standard hours are 8 AM-5 PM ET; after-hours or weekend support is available via the After-Hours gig extra.
