Which platform is best: ShipStation, Easyship or Shippo?
It depends on your store. ShipStation suits higher order volume, Easyship suits international shipping, and Shippo suits smaller stores. Message me your order volume and shipping countries, and I’ll recommend the best fit before we start.
Is the platform subscription included in your price?
No. The platform subscription and any carrier or label fees are paid directly to the provider. My gig covers only the setup and integration. Many platforms offer free trials or low-cost plans, and I can help you choose one.
What do you need from me to get started?
Staff or collaborator access to your Shopify store, your shipping platform account (or I’ll help you create one), and your shipping details: carriers, package sizes, zones, rates and rules. If you don’t have these yet, I’ll help you work them out.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Just add me as a staff or collaborator account on Shopify, and remove my access whenever the job is done. I never need your login password or payment details.
Will you test everything before delivery?
Yes. I check that orders sync, labels print correctly, tracking reaches your customers and your shipping rules work. I’ll show you the results so you can confirm everything works before I finish.
