I will use Figma because it makes it easy to share live preview for client to watch over the work
Will you code the website ?
No, I will not code website nut I will make the Figma design easy enough to convert it into codes or HTML& CSS
Do I have to provide assets of my website
You will need to provide logo and goal of your website, so that I can design it accordingly.
Can I watch your work?
Yes, you're welcome to watch my work. I will provide a Figma preview link of the design where you can watch myself doing it live. Hope it will help you to learn design a bit.
How many times I can ask for changes
You're are free to ask for any number of changes.
