Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. I handle the setup, training, branding, testing, and widget delivery. You only need to provide your website content and the required account access. Please never send me your password.
What if the bot gives a wrong answer?
AI can occasionally give an incorrect answer. I test common questions before delivery and adjust the sources and instructions. If you find a specific issue, I’ll correct it within the revisions included in your package.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Delivery-related adjustments are covered by the revisions included in your package. Ongoing maintenance, new features, or changes outside the agreed scope are available separately.
Can the bot connect to my email or CRM to capture leads?
Yes. This is included in Standard and Premium. It requires the Chatbase Standard plan because Hobby does not include API access or Zapier. Chatbase Standard costs about $150/month, or $120/month when billed yearly.
Is the Chatbase subscription included in the price?
No. Chatbase is separate from my fee. Basic: Hobby, about $40/month ($32 when billed yearly). Standard/Premium with CRM/email: Chatbase Standard, about $150/month ($120 when billed yearly). Use your own Chatbase account, or I can run and maintain the bot through mine for a separate long-term fee.
