I will do indie film poster design or conceptual movie poster art

About this gig
I'm Daniel, graphic designer with 7+ years. I've made posters for a Prime Video doc and festival shorts.
I don't like working with templates so let's build an atmosphere around your story. I'm very conceptual, and I create cinematic key art with geometric forms and a limited color palette, I also like to build around counterparts like light and darkness or use forms that recreate movement.
I specialize in indie film posters, short film posters, and vector movie posters. Whether you need a conceptual design or a unique image for your feature, I'll capture the essence of your film. No templates, just your story.
Also, I'm an illustrator based on vector designs, so yes, I work better there, in projects with geometrical forms, silhouettes, and just 3-4 colours to present the imaginary world of the story.
How it works:
- Basic: If you have a sketch, just bring it to me and I'll make it digital. Simple but effective.
- Standard: You share the idea, the references, and the world concept. I'll create the poster with vectors or image retouching around that.
- Premium: We build a unique concept together, fully personalized for your film.
Questions? Just ask. Let's tell your story visually!

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
A brief summary of your story, the genre, any visual references you like, and the exact text for the poster (title, credits, dates, etc.). The more you tell me, the better I can capture your film's world.
Do you deliver print ready files?
Yes, I can prepare print ready files for you. However, every printer has different requirements (PDF format, bleed, etc.) so please ask your printer for their specific guidelines first, then send me the instructions, and I will adjust the files exactly as they need.
What file formats do you deliver?
I can deliver whatever format you need with no extra cost, except for source files (only included in Premium). Just tell me before we start, otherwise I'll deliver a standard JPG.
You said you work with vectors and 3-4 colours. Does that mean the poster will be flat or simple?
Not flat, just clean and graphic. I use geometric forms, silhouettes, and limited palettes to create a strong, memorable image that feels like a poster, not a photo. It's a style that works very well for film and short genres.
Can you include a logo on the poster?
Yes, of course. Just send me the logo file (preferably vector: AI, EPS, SVG) and tell me where you want it placed.
Do you offer commercial rights?
Yes, all posters come with full commercial rights for your film promotion, don't worry. The only exception is if you ask me to use a specific stock image or font that requires a separate license. But usually, I prefer to work with free stock resources in that case.
Can you create a poster based on a photograph or a film still from my movie?
Yes, I can use your images, but my style is vector based, geometric, and graphic. If you need a realistic or photographic poster, I may not be your best fit. Just ask before ordering.
What if I don't have a sketch or a clear idea?
No problem, that's what the Standard and Premium packages are for. Just tell me your story, genre, and references. I'll help you build the concept.
Which programs do you usually use?
I mainly work in Illustrator for vectors. I also use Photoshop for image retouching if its needed. And After Effects? Yes, but only for complex effects or distortions (like the ones I did for the "Diosito" short)
