What do you need from me to start?
Please provide your final text, logo, brand colors or guidelines, images, required document size, page count, deadline, and any design references you like.
How do you count pages or panels?
Each individually designed side counts as one page. For example, a bifold brochure normally contains four designed panels. Please message me before ordering if you are unsure about the page count.
Do you provide the editable source file?
The editable source file is included in the Standard and Premium packages. It can also be purchased as an extra with the Basic package.
Will I receive a print-ready file?
Yes. All packages include a high-resolution, print-ready PDF. Please provide your printer’s specifications, bleed requirements, and final document size before I begin.
Do you write or proofread the content?
The buyer should provide finalized and proofread content. Basic text placement is included, but copywriting, rewriting, or extensive proofreading is not included unless agreed upon before ordering.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable changes to the submitted design, such as text placement, colors, images, and layout adjustments. A completely new design direction or major content changes may require an additional fee.
Can you use stock images?
Yes. You can provide your own images, or I can use suitable free stock images when available. Paid premium stock images must be supplied or purchased separately.
Can you design more pages than the package includes?
Yes. Additional pages can be purchased through the gig extras. For large documents, please contact me first so I can provide a custom offer.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Please contact me before ordering if your project has more pages, an urgent deadline, complex charts, infographics, tables, or special printing requirements.
