What do you need from me to start?
Please provide your final product information, product names, descriptions, prices or specifications, logo, brand colors, high-resolution images, document size, page count, deadline, and design references.
How do you count catalog pages?
Each individually designed side counts as one page. A front cover, inside page, and back cover are counted separately. Please contact me if you are unsure about your total page count.
What is considered one standard product entry?
One standard product entry includes one product image, product name, short description, price, and a simple specification block. Complex tables or multiple product variations may require additional pages or a custom offer.
Do you provide the editable source file?
The editable source file is included in the Standard and Premium packages. It can also be purchased as an extra with the Basic package.
Do you write product descriptions or enter product data?
You must provide finalized and proofread product information in an organized Word, Excel, PDF, or similar document. Copywriting, research, and extensive data entry are not included unless agreed upon separately.
Do you remove product-image backgrounds?
Basic cropping, resizing, and image adjustment are included. Background removal, complex retouching, shadows, and product compositing may require an additional fee depending on the number of images.
Can you design more pages or include more products?
Yes. Additional pages and product entries can be added through Gig extras. For large catalogs, please contact me for a custom offer based on the page count, product count, and complexity.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable changes to the submitted design, such as colors, typography, image placement, text corrections, and layout adjustments. A completely new design direction or major content replacement is not considered a regular revision.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Please contact me before ordering if your catalog has complex tables, many product variations, more pages than the packages include, urgent delivery, image background removal, or special printing requirements.
