FAQ
Will I be able to update my website?
You will be able to update your website easily using the CMS offered by Wordpress.
Will you offer revisions?
I don't offer unlimited revisions. In case there is any issue, please contact me within 10 days of delivery of website & I will try to resolve ASAP. I cannot accept responsibility if contacted with any issues after weeks, months or years.
Will you offer hosting for my domain?
I don't offer host services, but I recommend the host packages from GoDaddy, Hostgator or Bluehost.
What if I do not like my website or some of its features?
If you don't like the website, I am willing to make SMALL modifications to the design. It would be best if we agree on the design before we start the order so there won't be any issues afterwards.
Can we talk via email/skype or outside Fiverr?
No, this is against Fiverr TOS! All communication with the client is to be done in writing via the Fiverr messaging system.
Will you write the content for the website?
Sorry, but I don't write content, so I recommend you find someone here on Fiverr who can do this. I can only upload the content that you send me.
If I want a multilingual website, will you translate it?
No, unfortunately I am not a professional translator so I recommend you find someone here on Fiverr who can do this.
Do you accept partial payments?
No, payments for a fiverr gig must be made upfront.
What happens if I lose my website?
I cannot accept responsibility if after delivery of website, any changes are made to theme/plugin files that cause the website to malfunction. I do not make website backups after delivery so the best I can do is recreate your website, if I am available.
I am new here/ I am not succesful on fiverr/Do you have any projects for me? Can you help me?
