Can you work with both Excel and CSV files?
Yes. I can work with stable tabular .xlsx and .csv exports. Password-protected files, scanned documents, PDFs, and proprietary formats are outside the listed packages.
Will I be able to refresh the report myself?
The Standard and Premium packages include a documented refresh process tested with additional exports. I only describe it as self-service or one-click when that exact experience has been tested for your files.
What happens to rows that cannot be matched or interpreted safely?
They stay visible in an exception or review file. I do not silently guess ambiguous categories, IDs, dates, or business rules.
Can you build a live Power BI dashboard or connect directly to my systems?
Not in these packages. This service starts from files you already export. APIs, databases, live dashboards, and platform integrations need a separate assessment.
Do you provide ongoing weekly or monthly support?
The listed packages are fixed-scope deliveries with written handover. Ongoing operation, daily availability, or indefinite support is not included.
Do we need a meeting?
Usually not. The project is designed to be scoped and delivered asynchronously through files and written answers. A meeting is not required by default.
Is this accounting or financial advice?
No. I can organize and reconcile data according to rules you provide, but I do not make accounting, tax, legal, or financial decisions.
Can I send sensitive data?
Send only data you are authorized to share and remove unnecessary personal information. An anonymized representative sample is preferred for scoping. Never send passwords, API keys, or account credentials.
What if my export format changes later?
The refresh covers the structures and rules agreed for the order. A structural change involving new columns, meanings, sources, or matching logic may require a separate update.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects the agreed rules, views, or indicators. New sources, new column meanings, new reports, extra indicators, structural export changes, or manual source-data correction require a separate offer.
